Employee was very polite for an error that I made my self by ordering at wrong location. Location were originally order from were rude and didn’t care about my Situations! But when I called original store I meant to order from employee was understanding and very polite! He willingly offered to fulfill my order and empathize about my experience! He mentioned he didn’t want me to loose out on my money and took my order! Thankful for being so polite and understanding, we will continue to place our orders at this location.

I just moved here from Colorado never ate at little Caesars until I moved to Mesquite Texas the server Mr. Bryant always has a fresh batch of wings and a fresh pizza, this location has the best customer service!!!!

Took a chance and ordered pizza today at this location after being disappointed in the past. WOW what a difference! Ordered the 2 topping special and it was delicious. In the past it was over-cooked and dry but today it was perfect and bread was soft(NOT raw. So important) . breadsticks were perfectly done as well. In the past they were dry and hard. Today they were soft and evenly cut. Delicious as well. Tried the chz puff cupcake looking thingys and they were so goood. VERY SATISFIED with my purchase today. I have been avoiding a lot of Mesquite restaurants for lack of care for their food. Glad I gave Little Caesars a chance today. Manager(didn't catch his name) was very cordial and polite. Please keep this staff from today Wednesday around 1 pm 05/22/24. Place looked clean too. They did great. 5 stars.

The night shift manager that assisted me on 6/1/25 is always very helpful and welcoming. She always has a great attitude and really make that location very welcoming. This is the second time I have order wrongfully on the website and she has always offered to find a solution for me .

Very friendly staff with great customer service. Freddy Boy will take care of ya! Coldest drink cooler I've ever experienced in a Little Caesars. And fresh pizza to order. Not just sitting under a heat lamp until someone orders it. Fast service even if you wait for a fresh one out the oven

Young man at the cash register was very polite and friendly. You don't see that anymore so i had to leave a review. I will come here more often. I didn't get his name but he is young and Hispanic.
